Exxtradition - The 13 Criminals Case.
Sir,
I have the honor to address you with reference to the case in which certain persons belonging to the Kwai Shin District, Young Sing-for-others, were fatally injured by Young Jak-mu. Hêm and others. The murderer Young Pak-mu-Kein and the others having been already arrested in Hong Kong were temporarily confined there, and I communicated, through H.M. Consul, Mr. Hewlett, a request to the Governor of Hong Kong for their Extradition.
